Kantayev carries out its activities in line with international best compliance practices, placing special emphasis on anti-corruption efforts and adherence to the principles of fair business conduct.

The Compliance Officer reports to the Board of Directors of the JSC Moynak НРР n.a. U.D. Kantayev, independent from the Management Board of the
JSC Moynak НРР n.a. U.D. Kantayev, and is also empowered and provided with the resources necessary to perform his/her duties. Its main objective is the implementation of the Compliance Program, the development of anti-corruption policies, and the oversight of measures aimed at preventing corruption risks.

The tasks of the Compliance officer include assessing and monitoring corruption risks, developing recommendations for their mitigation, ensuring compliance with the principles of business ethics, and fostering a culture of zero tolerance towards corruption among employees of JSC Moynak НРР n.a. U.D. Kantayev
